I had been looking at this watch for some time wish I had not waited so long to purchase .In one word amazing can not stop looking at it on my wrist.
Brought to where on special occasions but not been off my wrist from the day it came.

I was recently introduced to the Hamilton brand after recently purchasing the 38mm Khaki Field Automatic. However, having a number of automatics already, I was particularly interested in adding a true 'mechanical' movement to my collection. I did some research and soon found that Hamilton produced this mechanical version of their field watch. And what a beauty it is. From the bead blasted finish, to the slightly domed sapphire crystal, the watch oozes understated quality. The movement is reliable and accurate and, without the need for the rotor, the watch has a lower profile than the auto version. The second hand sweeps smoothly with hardly a hint of jerkiness.

Hand winding is a joy that I had almost forgotten about. This watch demands your attention at least once a day, and I LOVE it. If you are looking for a 'wear and forget' timepiece, this may not be the watch for you. That said, if you are a lover of watches, I would strongly recommend you add at least one mechanical to your collection.

Out of the box, I fully wound the watch with around 40 turns of the signed crown. After 24 hours it had gained a mere 8 seconds. For a mechanical this is really very good. Particularly as it is likely to increase in accuracy once 'bedded in'.

The canvas strap is leather lined and is really quite comfortable. The keeper and buckle are matt silver which matches the bead blasted case. As an added touch, the buckle is embossed with 'Hamilton'. My intention was to buy an after market leather strap in black or brown. However, having worn the watch for a day or so, I like the sand coloured strap much more than I anticipated.

Overall, I am delighted with my Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical. It is classically beautiful, robust, accurate and harks back to a time when hand winding one's watch was a much more common practice.

This was bought as a Christmas present for my husband and it is a watch he has always wanted. Delivery was prompt and was traceable at all times. My husband is very pleased with it and I feel that the price from First Class Watches compares very favourably with other suppliers

Very pleased with this watch. It is slim, lightweight and higb quality. Very easy to read. Tried a transmitter sync and it completed within a minute or so. Very impressed with the watch and also with the service from First Class Watches.

Brilliant watch the quality to the technology its perfect.

The Bulova Lunar Pilots watch was received yesterday (19/12/17) as advised. Worn all day today and much admired by friends. It is exactly as described in the Bulova literature and by Armand the Watch Guy in one of his YouTube videos.

Very pleased with it. Very clear face and easy to read at a glance. The design of the case is clean and tidy and especially the operating buttons on the side which are subtlety integrated and unobtrusive.

Very attractive quality watch; elegant and sporty at the same time and it compliments any style of clothing. This is my third one in 15 years. The other two were stolen which must mean something!

This watch may not seen that nice in the picture. But if you actually get a chance to see it in the store, it is UNREAL!!
The sterling silver makes it look clean and very sharp. Which makes it nice to wear for business or on a night out
Has a nice size face which makes it pretty on the eye and easy to tell the time. Couldn’t be any happier you definetly get a lot more than what you pay for ladies!!

If you are very fussy about watches and never find one that suits you... then this is it!!!
